本文通过实证分析,指出高职学生群体的专业、个人能力、性别以及家庭背景等因素会对他们的职业选择产生影响。从专业的角度来看,他们更有可能选择与专业领域相近的工作;而从个体能力和性别的角度来看,女生或成绩较好的学生倾向于选择较为稳定的非技术类工作,而男生或是成绩一般的学生会倾向于获得社会经济地位高而稳定性相对较低的职业;从学生家庭背景的因素来看,父亲学历的提高会使得学生降低选择"专业技术"类的工作而同时选择相对稳定非技术类职业。
This study shows that, major, learning ability, gender and family background can affect the job choice of vocational college students. From major aspect, they are more likely to choose the jobs which are relative to their major. From learning ability and gender aspects, females or good learning students prefer to choose a stable unskilled job, and vice versa. From family background aspect, the higher father's education level is, the lower possibility the student will choose skilled unstable job.
