文章引入代际流动指数,对高等教育不同类型的学生与其父辈的职业差异进行比较。结果显示,高职毕业生在初次就业中所获得的职业地位平均水平并没有明显低于本科毕业生;同时,高职毕业生在职业的流向上表现出更明显的规律性。这一方面可能缘于职业结构变迁所增加的就业机会并没有刻意排斥高职学生,另一方面,高职院校"以就业为导向"的办学理念也可能为高职毕业生的职业代际流动提供了有益的帮助。
By using the index of generation mobility,this study analyzes the jod position differences between the undergraduates and vocational college students and that of their parent's.The research indicates that the status of the first jobs of vocational college students is not much lower than that of the undergraduates'.Meanwhile,vocational college students' jods demonstrate an obvious regularity in job positions.This is partly because that the vocational college students are not much discriminated in the increment of employment opportunity which comes from the change of job structure,and on the other hand,partly because the "job-oriented" educational perspective of vocational college can be favorite to their students in the job generation mobility.
