目的探讨EB病毒潜伏性膜蛋白1(LMP1)转化鼻咽上皮细胞NP69的表达蛋白。方法采用比较蛋白质组学方法,鉴定NP69-pLNSX与NP69-LMP1细胞系中的差异表达蛋白,分析LMP1在NP69细胞中参与调节的蛋白。结果鉴定了LMP1在NP69细胞中参与调节有22个蛋白(表达上调的蛋白9个,下调的13个)。结论LMP1在NP69细胞中可能通过调节Vimentin和Keratin 19等蛋白的表达而起转化作用。
Objective To investigate protein expression of transformed nasopharyngeal epithelial cells NP69 by Epstein - Barr virus encoded latent membrane protein 1. Methods By proteomic methods, the differential expression proteins were identified between NP69 - pLNSX and NP69 - LMP1 cell lines. Then these proteins associated with LMP1 in NP69 cells were analyzed. Results 22 proteins (9 up- and 13 down- regulated proteins ) of LMP1 mediated regula- tion were identified from infected NP69 cell lines. Conclusion LMP1 probably plays the role of mediating to regulate the expression of Vimentin, Keratin 19, and so on and to transform NP69 cell lines.
