目的：观察肺积散对顺铂化疗肺癌小鼠造血功能及免疫功能的影响。方法：建立荷瘤小鼠模型，实验分为正常组、模型组、肺积散组、顺铂组及顺铂与肺积散联合组，每组8只。分组给药3w，检测各组小鼠外周血细胞的变化及流式细胞仪检测CD＋、CD4＋、CD8＋的数量并计算CD4／CDs比值。结果：肺积散对肺癌小鼠外周血白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白、血小板均无明显影响，与顺铂联合应用组外周血白细胞和血小板较单纯顺铂组明显升高。肺积散对T淋巴细胞亚群没有明显影响，与顺铂联合应用组CD4＋明显升高，CD8＋明显降低，CD4＋／CD8＋比值明显升高。结论：肺积散可以明显改善顺铂化疗小鼠造血功能抑制及免疫功能低下。

英文摘要：

Objective： To observe the effects of Feiji San on hematopoiesig and immunologic function of mice with lung cancer treated with chemotherapy. Methods： Mice bearing lung cancer were prepared, experiment was divided into five groups, normal, model, Feiji San, cisplatin and cisplatin with Feiji San groups, 8 mice in each group. Each group was given the corresponding medicine for 3 weeks, the peripheral blood ceils and T lymphocyte subsets were determined. Results： Feiji San had no influence on peripheral blood ceils of mice with lung cancer, but Feiji San combining with cisplatin could obviously raise peripheral blood leucocyte and platelet count . Feiji San had no influence on T lymphocyte subsets of mice with lung cancer, Feiji San combining with cisplatin could obviously raise CD4＋ level and reduce CDs level, recover the balance of CD4＋/CDs. Conclusion： Feiji San can improve the inhibition of hematopoietic function in mice with lung cancer treated with chemotherapy, and enhance the immunity
