Labor mobility has complex influence on the economic - social transformation of the traditional agricultural areas. Related literature indicates that labor mobility has effect on the transformation of the dual structure of urban and rural areas, hierarchical rural society, agriculture development ,informal institution construction and human capital accumulation, but people have different views about the mechanism and impact of the effect. The deepening from present situation description to special subject research, the intercrossing of multi subjects and the changing from qualitative research to quantitative research are the developing tendencies of the subject.
