5种中草药对迟缓爱德华氏菌和嗜水气单胞菌抑菌效果的比较

为了能够筛选出可以有效杀灭2种常见水产动物致病菌的中草药,为水产动物健康养殖提供参考依据,试验以迟缓爱德华氏菌(Edwardsiella tarda)和嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophi-la)为试验对象,采用琼脂扩散法(K-B纸片扩散法),在MH培养基中分别添加不同盐度(迟缓爱德华氏菌组为0、10、20、30、40;嗜水气单胞菌组为0、1、2、3、4),测定了5种中草药五倍子(Rhus chinen-sis)、石榴皮(Punica granatum)、诃子(Terminalia chebula)、黄芩(Scutellaria baicalensis)、乌梅(Prunusmume)在不同盐度下对迟缓爱德华氏菌和嗜水气单胞菌的体外抑菌效果。结果表明,5种中草药在不同盐度下均对这两种细菌起不同程度的抑制作用,其中五倍子对这两种致病菌都具有较强的抑制作用,抑菌直径都在14 mm以上,且在不同盐度时无直径明显差异(P〉0.05),抑菌效果稳定。对于嗜水气单胞菌,除五倍子外,其它四种抑菌效果较弱,抑菌圈小于10 mm。随着盐度的增加,诃子的抑菌圈直径有明显差异(P〈0.05)。对于迟缓爱德华氏菌,不同盐度条件下,五倍子、诃子、黄芩具有明显抑菌作用,抑菌圈在都11 mm以上,乌梅和石榴皮抑菌效果一般。随着盐度的增加,这五种中草药对迟缓爱德华氏菌的抑制作用都有所增强,抑菌圈大于11 mm,抑菌效果明显。

The research aims to screen out the effective Chinese herbs pathogenic bacteriakilling 2 com- mon aquatic animal, and it is helpful for providing the reference for the health of aquatic animal breed- ing. This experiment took Edwardsiella tarda and Aeromonas hydrophila as the test object, using the agar diffusion method(K-B disk diffusion method), in MH culture medium supplemented with differ- ent salinity of brine (Edwardsiella tarda group was 0, 10, 20, 30, 40; Aeromonas hydrophila group was 0, 1, 2, 3, 4), and five kinds of Chinese herbs were determined, including Galla-ehinensis, Puniea gra- nature, Terminalia ehebula, Seutellaria baiealensis, Prunus Mume in different salinities of Edwardsiella tarda and Aeromonas hydrophila in vitro bacteriostasis effeet. The results showed that, five kinds of Chinese herbs in different salinity under both of these two kinds of bacteria have different degrees of inhibition. Galla chinensis has a strong inhibitory ef- fect on the two kinds of pathogenic bacteria, the diameters of inhibition is above 14 ram, and in different salinity without diameter was signifi- cantly different (P〉0.05), inhibitory effect is stable. For Aeromonas hydrophila, except the Galla ehinensis, other four kinds of antibacterial effect of anti-bacterial circle are weaker, less than 10 mm. With the increase of salinity, the diameter of inhibition zone of Terminalia chebula were sig- nificantly different(P〈O.05). For Edwardsiella-tarda, under different salinities, Galla-chinensis, Terminalia chebula, Scutellaga baiealensis have the obvious inhibitory action, bacteriostasis circle above 11 mm, Prunus mume and Punica granatume effect are general. With the increase of salinity, inhibi- tion of these five kinds of herbs in Galla-cbinensis have been enhanced, baeteriostatic circle is greater than 1 lmm and effect is inhibitory.
