为探究万寿菊(Tagetes erecta L)粉对黄金锦鲤(Yamabaki ogon)生长性能及抗氧化能力的影响,试验选用初始体重为(25.39±1.23)g的黄金锦鲤540尾,随机分为6组,分别标记为D1~D6,其中D1组为对照组,D2~D5组为试验组,每组3个重复,分别投喂含0.00%、0.50%、1.00%、2.00%、4.00%、8.00%万寿菊粉的6组等氮等能饲料。饲养60 d后分析不同水平万寿菊粉对黄金锦鲤生长和抗氧化能力的影响。结果表明:在生长方面,D5组增重率和蛋白质效率提升最显著且比对照组分别提高了58.66%、92.77%,D6组肥满度提升最显著且比对照组提高了36.95%,D5组饵料系数降低最显著且比对照组降低了63.69%(P〈0.05)。抗氧化能力方面,D5组的血清、头肾和脾超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力提高最显著且分别比对照组提高了71.21%、117.92%、230.76%,D4组肝胰脏和中肾SOD活力提高最显著且分别比对照组提高了110.82%、92.28%(P〈0.05);D5组肝胰脏、头肾和脾过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性提升最显著且分别高于对照组93.50%、50.38%100.83%,D4组血清和中肾CAT活性提升最显著且分别高于对照组4.11%、66.31%(P〈0.05);D5组的血清、肝胰脏、头肾、中肾和脾的谷光甘肽(GSH)含量提升最显著且分别比对照组提高了341.38%、223.91%、230.33%、372.26%、439.07%(P〈0.05);D5组的血清、头肾和脾GSH-PX含量提升最显著且分别比对照组提高了112.07%、155.67%、236.28%,D6组肝胰脏谷光甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)含量提升最显著且分别比对照组提高了157.47%(P〈0.05),试验组的中肾GSH-PX含量提高不显著(P〉0.05);D5组血清、肝胰脏、头肾和脾的丙二醛(MDA)含量降低最显著且分别比对照组降低了36.94%、51.25%、47.79%、81.25%(P〈0.05),而试验组中肾MDA含量降低不显著(P〉0.05)。研究表明,饲料中添加4.00%万寿菊粉能够有效促进黄金锦鲤生长性能,并提高其抗氧化能力。
The study was investigated the effects of different levels of marigold powder (0% -D1, 0.5% -D 2, 1%- D3,2%-D4,4%-D5,8%-D6)on growth and antioxidant capacity in Gold brocade carp (Yamaboki ogon).A total of 540 Gold brocade carp with initial average body weight of(25.39±1.23)g were randomly divided into 6 treatment groups with 3 replicates of 30 each.The indicators of samples were measured at 60 d.The results showed that: In terms of growth,the rate of weight growth rate and protein efficiency ratio of D5 group that were the most significantly increased and 58.66%, 92.77% higher than the control group,the condition factor of D6 group that was the most significantly increased and 36.95% higher than the control group(P 〈 0.05) ;the feed conversion ratio of D5 group that was the most significantly de-creased 63.69% lower than the control group (P 〈 0.05).In terms of antioxidant capacity,superoxide dismutase(SOD)ac- tivity of serum,head kidney and spleen in D5 group that were the most significantly increased and respectively 71.21%, 117.92%, 230.76% higher than the control group, SOD activity of hepatopancreas and kidney in D4 group that were the most significantly increased and respectively 110.82%, 92.28% higher than the control group (P 〈 0.05) ; Catalase(CAT) activity of hepatopancreas,head kidney and spleen in D5 group that were the most significantly increased and 93.50%, 50.38% 100.83% higher than the control group , CAT activity of the serum and kidney that were the most significantly increased and 4.11%, 66.31% higher than the control group (P 〈 0.05);Glutathione (GSH) activities of serum, hepatopancreas, head kidney, kidney and spleen in D5 group that were the most significantly increased and 341.38%,223.91%,230.33%,372.26%,439.07% higher than the control group(P 〈 0.05) ;Glutathione peroxidase(GSH- PX)activities of serum,head kidney and spleen in D5 group that were the most significantly increased respectivel
