由于手机资源限制和网络带宽限制,基于光栅的8视点立体手机实时播放立体视频有一定的困难.另外由于手机分辨率和尺寸较小,8视点立体播放效果的立体观感和清晰度往往很难协调.基于光栅立体手机的多视点自适应显示方法首先在PC服务器端根据网络带宽的使用情况,对多视点立体视频源进行视点数选择,选择小于等于8的视点视频源进行H.264压缩,然后通过无线网络传输,最后在立体手机终端针对接收到的立体视频源的视点数不同重新排布子像素来实现实时播放.经实验验证,该方法能充分利用网络带宽,在现有带宽条件下传输尽可能多的立体视点,同时在手机终端上保持了多视点自由立体显示的立体观感和清晰度,这对于多视点立体视频的实时传输和显示具有重要意义.
Because of the restrictions of phone' resource and wireless network bandwidth, the optical-plate stereo mobile phone with eight viewpoints has some difficulty in real-time displaying stereo videos. In addition, due to small resolution of mobile phone, it is hard to coordinate display stereoscopy and clarity of eight-viewpoint display. The multi-view adaptive display method based on optical-plate stereo mobile phone can choose the number of stereo videos on PC server according to the network bandwidth, encode the chosen stereo videos with no more than eight viewpoints, transfer through wireless network, and realize real-time display by re-arranging pixels of received stereo videos on the stereo mobile phone. Experimental results indicate that the proposed method can fully utilize network bandwidth, transfer stereo videos as many as possible, and maintain the display stereoscopy and clarity of multi-view stereo videos, which is very important for real-time transferring and displaying multi-view stereo videos.
