针对玉溪煤矿副斜井石门揭穿30煤层进行抽采钻孔施工时,穿煤段距离一般长达几十米,喷孔、卡钻、顶钻严重,施工困难,无法一次性穿透全煤层的实际情况,提出了施工前探钻孔探测煤层层位,通过在顶板巷实施区域预抽钻孔、冲煤扫孔、水泥砂浆灌注底板裂隙、区域消突效果检验、钻孔注浆固化与安全防护的综合防突措施,安全、快速地揭穿煤层,证明了该方法的有效性。
Undertake drilling and drainage by using cross-cut cropping out coal technology at 3# coal seam auxiliary slope in Yuxi coal mine. The drilling coal distance is generally up to 10m. Gas emissions and push drills may result in serious problems and cause construction difficulties. These include the inability to drill through more than one seam at a time. Therefore, detection of coal seam position by using drilling exploration prior to construction has been proposed. Gas drainage drilling at roof tunnel, clean borehole, cement mortar crack injection, regional outburst prevention checks, injected solidification and other safety protection methods have been used. The findings reveal that this methodology is effective, safe and fast.
