试验分别于湖南、广西两地选取4个不同生境(长沙、湘西、永州及桂林),每个生境同时种植3个不同香稻品种(‘Basmati’、‘湘晚籼13号’、‘中香1号’),测定其可溶性蛋白质含量,并结合4个种植区的生境进行比较分析。结果表明:(1)同一生境下不同香稻品种籽粒可溶性蛋白质含量的差异极显著,品种间籽粒可溶性蛋白质含量大小依次为:‘中香1号’〉‘湘晚籼13号’〉‘Basmati’。(2)不同生境下相同香稻品种籽粒可溶性蛋白质含量的差异极显著,生境间籽粒可溶性蛋白质含量大小依次为:长沙〉桂林〉永州〉湘西;对其籽粒可溶性蛋白质含量影响显著的生态因子是灌浆期的日平均温度与相对湿度。(3)生境与品种对香稻籽粒可溶性蛋白质含量具有交互效应。其中桂林种植的‘中香1号’籽粒可溶性蛋白质含量最高,桂林种植的‘Basmati’和湘西种植的‘湘晚籼13号’与湘西种植的‘Basmati’籽粒所含可溶性蛋白质最低,并具有极显著差异。研究结果证实生境对香稻籽粒可溶性蛋白质含量的变化具有一定的影响。
In this experiment,4 places Changsha(CS),Xiangxi(XX),Yongzhou(YZ),and Guilin(GL) in provinces of Hunan and Guangxi,namely,were chosen as different habitats with 3 different aromatic rice varieties,'Basmati','Xiangwanxian 13',and 'Zhongxiang 1' to investigate soluble protein content.We got results as follows:(1)The contents of soluble protein in different aromatic rice species planted in the same habitant has significant difference.The detailed outcome for the comparison of soluble protein content among species is 'Zhongxiang 1''Xiangwanxian 13''Basmati'.(2)The contents of soluble protein in the same aromatic rice species planted in different habitant also show significant difference.The detailed outcome for the comparison of soluble protein content among places is CSGLYZXX.The significant ecological factors to effect the content of soluble protein in aromatic rice is:average of the temperature and relative humility during filling period.(3)The factors of habitant and species have interactive effects on the content of soluble protein of a certain variety,of which,'Zhongxiang 1' planted in GL recorded the highest value in soluble protein content,'Basmati' planted in GL,'Xiangwanxian 13' planted in XX and 'Basmati' planted in XX all recorded the lowest value,and with significant difference.According to the results,it can be concluded that habitant affects the soluble protein content of aromatic rice to some extent.
