对生态混凝土的护坡面进行寒潮来袭时的温度应力分析。分别采用解析法和有限元计算生态混凝土斜坡面沿厚度方向的应力。计算分析结果表明:大体积生态混凝土层在寒潮来袭时,由于温度的骤然变化,层内所产生的最大拉应力接近其抗拉强度,从而很容易造成生态混凝土在此种应力下的疲劳破坏。因此为了提高生态混凝土护坡工程的耐久性,特别是北方寒冷地区,应对生态混凝土工程表面进行保温隔热处理。
This paper analyzed the thermal stress of Eco-concrete slope in the incoming cold wave. Adopting analytical Method and finite element analysis to calculate stress along the thickness direction of the Eco-concrete slope surface. Calculation results show:the maximum thermal tensile stress of massive concrete is close to the tensile strength in the cold ecological wave attacking,which is likely to result in such ecological concrete stress fatigue. Therefore, to improve the durability of eco-concrete slope projects particularly cold northern area, the eco-concrete slope projects surface should be covered insulation materials.
