以天然硅灰石、滑石和石英砂为主要原料,以稀土氧化物作为添加剂,采用熔融-喷吹法制备了CaO-MgO-SiO2系生物可溶性陶瓷纤维。对熔体的黏度以及纤维的生物可溶性和高温析晶行为进行了研究。结果表明:添加稀土氧化物可以大大拓宽熔体成纤操作的温度范围;稀土氧化物的引入导致CaO-MgO-SiO2系生物可溶性陶瓷纤维在人体肺液中的溶解速率有所下降,但没有改变其生物可溶属性;引入稀土氧化物加强了CaO-MgO-SiO2系生物可溶性陶瓷纤维的网络结构,抑制了其高温析晶行为。
CaO-MgO-SiO2 system bio-soluble ceramic fibers were made by melting-spinning process using natural wollastonite,talc,and quartz sand as main starting materials,and rare earth oxide as additive.The viscosity of the melts,bio-solubility and crystallization behavior at high temperatures of the ceramic fibers were investigated.The results indicate that the introduction of rare earth oxide:(1)broads the fiber-forming temperature range;(2)reduces the solution speed of CaO-MgO-SiO2 system bio-soluble fibers in lung liquid but doesn't change the bio-soluble attribute;(3)strengthens the network structure of the fibers and restrains the crystallization behavior at high temperatures.
