目的:探索青少年脊柱胸腰段椎弓根解剖学特征,为临床应用提供依据。方法:在15例,14~19岁(平均16.5岁)青少年原配完整的胸腰椎标本上测量T1~L5共255个椎骨的椎弓根宽、高、钉道长、e角、f角。结果:椎弓根宽从T1~L5总体呈两个相互衔接的“马鞍形”,出现3个高峰值两个低谷值;椎弓根高呈一低一高两个“山峰形”曲线,其低峰是T3,高峰是T12;椎弓根钉道长从T1~L5逐渐的增长,但在L1~5相差不大;e角从T1的32.63°到T12的-3.50°,然后到L5的28.20°,呈两头高中间低的“马鞍形”;f角:从T1~L5呈逐渐下降的趋势。结论:14~19岁年龄段青少年除钉道长随年龄的增长而变化较大外,其余参数与成人数据近似。
Objective: To explore the morphologic features of adolescent thoracic and lumbar pedicles and provide anatomic data for clinical application. Methoda: 255 vertebra from 15 adolescent spinal specimens (T1-S1), with the mean age of 16.5 years, were collected and observed. The width (PW) and the height (PH) of pedicles, the length of nail (Ls), angle e and angle fwere measured respectively. Results: From T1 to L5, the tendeney of PW showed wave curve with the shape of sellaeform. PH formed wave curve with the low peak of T3, the high peak of T12. LS gradually increased from T1 to L5, however, there was no obvious difference among each vertebrae from L1 to L5. angle e changed from 32.60° (T1) to -3.50° (T12) and reached 28.20°(L5). Angle f gradually decreased from T1-L5. Conclusions: Except for the more larger LS than that of adult,there is no difference between adult and adolescent.
