在Al-5%Cu合金时效处理过程中施加脉冲磁场,观察脉冲磁场对Al-5%Cu合金时效后组织和性能的影响。试验结果表明,在时效过程中施加脉冲磁场,加快了Cu原子的扩散,缩短了时效的时间,降低了时效温度,使基体内部Al2Cu低熔点相的弥散度进一步得到提高,使时效后的合金组织更加细化。
Pulse magnetic (PM) field was applied to aging treatment of Al-5% Cu alloy. Effect of PM field on microstructure and mechanical properties of the aged Al-5% Cu alloy was observed. The results show that the PM treatment accelerates diffusion of copper atom, shortens aging time and decreases the aging temperature. As a result, it enhances dispersion of the low melting point phase (Al2Cu) , and refines the microstructure.
