Based on systematic literature review method, this paper conducts a comprehensive review of the researches on credibility of online review and forms a unified framework of impact factors. The model includes comment of reviews, content of re- views, receiver of reviews as well as platform and type of reviews. The paper identifies the key variables of each constructor, and compares and summarizes the influential effects between these variables.
