从开放内容信息可信度评估的必要性出发,提出基于协作社区、内容线索、用户特征三类主要因素的实证模型和研究假设。采用实验研究方法,设计单因素三水平组间实验,并通过实验处理操纵和控制自变量,观测因变量以检验假设。实验结果显示,社区类型及用户查证倾向对内容可信度感知无显著影响,而协作程度、协作者声誉、参考源质量以及用户信任倾向对可信度感知有显著正向作用。
The paper starts from the necessity of credibility assessment of open content,puts forward re search model and hypotheses.We employ a one-way-three-level between-subjects experiment design to test the significance of hypotheses.Conclusions from the results are as follows: community genre has no significant effect on perceived content credibility,and there are positive relation between perceived credi bility and content clues such as collaboration degree,authors’reputation and quality of reference sources.
