针对直线电机的温升问题,根据传热学的基本理论,建立了特种直线电机的定子槽部导热模型,确定了定子槽部导热系数以及电机定子表面的散热系数。以此为基础,用有限元分析软件ThermNet建立了电机瞬态温度场仿真模型,对直线电机的进行长时及周期工作制下温度场计算,经过仿真计算结果与实验数据分析对比,得出了该特种直线电机运行时的温度场情况,验证了直线电机温度场仿真模型和计算方法的合理性,为此类特种直线电机的设计、制造及应用提供了有效帮助。
For the problem of temperature rise of linear motor, and according to the basic theory of heat transfer, the thermal conductivity model of stator slot was established, and the thermal conductivity of the stator slot and the coefficient of heat transfer on the surface of the motor stator were determined. On this basis, the simulation model of motor transient temperature field operating at the polymorphism was established by using the finite element analysis software. Then it was calculated that the temperature field of the linear motor work under the long - trem and periodic duty . Through the simulation calculation results compared with the analysis of experimental data, it is obtained the temperature field of linear motor when it running. And it is verified that the rationality of the simulation model and the correctness of calculation method, which has effective help to design, manufacture and application of linear motor.
