本文建立了横截面200mm×200mm,高1200mm三维冷态流化床实验装置,实验研究非球颗粒形状效应对其混合特性的影响。针对异型颗粒外形差异和尺寸区别,分别设计两组实验,从固体废弃物颗粒特性方面研究其在流化床内的混合规律,重点考察了颗粒自身形状、尺寸对混合质量的影响,并结合颗粒混合动态过程进行研究。结果表明,颗粒球形度越大,在流化床内混合质量越好;密度较大的非球颗粒,其混合质量受形状影响更加明显;非球形颗粒种类增加,混合质量变差,流化气速的适当提高可改善混合质量;低密度非球颗粒及其?昆合物在床内混合表现出浮升组分特性,受形状影响不明显。
Experiments were carried out in a solid waste fluidized bed with cross section of 200 mm×200 mm and height of 1200 mm. The sharp effect on mixing behaviors of irregular particles has been investigated. Two groups of particles with the same densities but differ in contours and sizes were adopted as simulative solid waste. The distribution of the irregular particles characteristic concentrations were studied through a series of tests with different operation parameters. The results show that, sophericity benefits for the mixing quality of particles, especially for those particles with large density. And for the particles with small density, the effect of particle sharp on the mixing quality becomes less important.
