随着我国改革的不断深入，之前的改革发展模式不能完全适应我国当前的经济发展需求，“大众创业万众创新”概念应运而生，为改革找到了新的方向。但是我国的经济发展制度、人才培养制度、政府扶持制度等并不能完全适应“大众创业万众创新”的要求，面临很大的困境。基于这样的实际情况，在文献调研的基础上，总结了我国当前“大众创业万众创新”制度的不足与缺陷，并进行了回归模型分析，最终提出了改善“大众创业万众创新”制度的建议。

along with the continuous deepening of the reform of our country, before the reform development model can not completely meet the needs of China＇s economic development needs, the concept of ＂innovation and public entrepreneurship peoples＂ came into being, for the reform and found new direction. But our country economic system, personnel training system, government support system and cannot fully meet the requirements of the public business innovation and peoples＇ , is facing great difficulties. Based on this case, on the basis of literature research, this paper summarizes the defects of China＇s current public business innovation and peoples＇ system, and gives the analysis of regression model. Finally put forward the improvement of ＂innovation and public entrepreneur ship peoples＂ suggestions.
