将有机硫酸钙晶须(0CSW)作为功能性助剂应用到室温硫化(RTV)硅橡胶模具胶中,制备了RTV/OCSW模具胶复合材料.研究了复合材料的力学性能、热稳定性能、热机械性能及微观结构,考察了复合材料物理机械性能与有机晶须用量之间的关系.结果表明,当0CSW含量(质量分数)为1%时,复合材料力学性能的提高最为显著,并且热稳定性能和热机械性能也有所提高.
Organophilic calcium sulfate whisker (OCSW) was used as a functional filler in room temperture vulcanizing(RTV) silicon molded rubber, thus the RTV/OCSW composites were prepared. Tensile properties, thermo-stability, thermo-mechanical properties, and microstructures of the composites were analyzed, the relationships between mechanical properties and the amount of OCSW were investigated. The result shows that when the mass fraction of OCSW is 1% ,mechanical properties of composites are greatly improved, and thermal stability and thermomechanical properties are also enhanced.
