采用四羟甲基氯化磷(THPC)对无机蒙脱土(MMT)进行有机化改性,制备了有机蒙脱土(OMMT)。在此基础上,采用树枝形聚合物改性技术对OMMT进一步改性,制备了不同代数的树枝形有机蒙脱土(DOMMT)。采用硼酸对其进行封端,制备了树枝形有机蒙脱土阻燃剂(FR—DOMMT)。通过红外光谱(FTIR)、热失重(TGA)、X-衍射(XRD)及扫描电镜(SEM)等手段分析了不同材料的结构与性能。结果表明。经过有机化和树枝形聚合物改性后的蒙脱土表面的官能团、层间距以及热稳定性均有不同程度的改变或提高。
Montmorillonite (MMT) was orgaoic~dly modified by tetrakis hydroxymethyl phosphonium chloride (THPC) to produce organic montmorillonite (OMMT) . Dendrimer modifi- cation technology was used to modify OMMT. and dendrimer type of OMMT (DOMMT) with different generations was ob rained. This DOMMT was terminated by boric acid to prepare flame-retardant dendrimer type of OMMT (FR-DOMMT) . These materials were characterized by FTIR. TGA, XRD. and SEM. The results showed that the surface functional groups, in- terlayer spacing and thermal stability were changed or improved at different degrees.
