团队凝聚力作为影响团队有效性的重要因素,引起了管理研究者和实践者的关注。然而,现有文献对团队凝聚力的内涵和结构研究存在分歧,由此影响团队凝聚力的有效测量及结果研究。本研究基于团队凝聚力文献的整合研究,提出情感一工具两维的团队凝聚力构念模型,并采用来自一家大型互联网公司91个团队的574位员工的数据,对团队凝聚力两维构念模型测量进行实证检验。本研究推进了团队凝聚力内涵及理论的深入研究,对团队建设和发展具有重要理论价值。
Team cohesion, a crucial factor affecting team effectiveness, has been paid much attention by management scholars and practitioners. However, the existing literature presents inconsistency in concept and construct of team cohesion which undermines effective measurement of team cohesion and the sequent outcome test. An emotional -instrumental dimensional construct of team cohesion was proposed. The data of 574 employees from 91 teams of a large Internet company were used to test the two-dimensional construct of team cohesion. This study facilitates research on the concept and theory of team cohesion, which has significant theoretical implications for team building and development.
