当今动态复杂的竞争环境下,适当的战略导向是组织获取竞争优势与提升组织创造力的关键,其中,组织结构与文化是影响组织创造力的重要组织情境因素。基于有机结构与适应性文化的权变视角,以161家企业为研究样本,实证分析竞争导向对组织创造力的影响。结果表明:有机结构对竞争导向与组织创造力之间的倒U型关系具有调节作用,有机结构与适应性文化对竞争导向与组织创造力之间的倒U型关系具有共同调节作用;适应性文化对竞争导向与组织创造力之间倒U关系的调节作用未得到支持。
In the dynamic and complex competitive environment, strategic orientation is a vital determinant for organizations to gain competitive advantage and promote organizational creativity. Additionally, organizational structure and organizational culture are two important contextual factors which influence the effects of strategic orientation on organizational creativity. This study, from the contingent perspective of organizational organic structure and adaptability culture, empirically examines how competition orientation influences organizational creativity by using a sample of 161 organizations. Results showed an inverted U-shaped competition orientation-creativity relation for organizations which scored high on organic structure and adaptability culture.
