This article analyzes the current state of outsourcing strategies adopted by enterprises and discusses the change in competition from cost-oriented to service-oriented in outsourcing supply market. In light of the nature of outsourcing service competition, it provides a new modeling method, the outsourcing service competition modeling based on contest model, and studies the nature of the model resolution.
