The paper establishes a supplier-allocation purchasing model applying contest theory, and gives a comparative static analysis of contest equilibrium under this model. It studies the contest equilibrium on condition that the purchaser permits two candidate suppliers attending the outsourcing service contest. It extends two suppliers allocation to multi-suppliers allocation in outsourcing services contest, and explores the effects of exogenous variable on the equilibrium service level of the suppliers, equilibrium sharing of the purchasing order and equilibrium average service level acquired by the purchaser, such as the scale and unit price of purchasing order, the number of candidate suppliers, unit production costs and marginal outsourcing service costs of suppliers. The analysis is presented.
