本文以高能球磨制备镍铝合金扮为例,基于合金化进程的快慢以及出粉率的高低考虑,详细讨论了工艺参数的制定过程。实验中采用QM-3SP4行星式球磨机,主要考察的工艺参数有球料比.工艺控制剂乙醇的用量、球磨时间。结果表明,在转速500rad/min下,采用20:1的球料此,乙醇添加量为合金粉之质量的8%,可以在较短的时间内得到合金粉,且出粉率接近100%,并基于实验提出了一个估算工艺控制剂乙醇用量的方法,为后续高能球磨贵金属合金粉提供了重要的参考依据。
Parameters of high-energy ball milling such as the ball to powder weight ratio, the amount of ethanol and milling time were determined by preparation of Al-Ni powders. It is concluded that alloy powders can be obtained in a short time with almost 100% output in a planetary ball mill (QM-3SP4). The optimized parameters are 20:1 (ball to powder weight ratio) and 8% (amount of ethanol) at 500 rpm. And a method was proposed to estimate the progress control agent amount of ethanol.
