利用差示扫描量热仪、光学显微镜、电子探针、扫描电镜和电子万能试验机等对铸态7050铝合金在不同条件均匀化后的显微组织与力学性能进行了分析,以确定均匀化工艺。结果表明:7050铝合金经465℃保温24h直接在室温水中冷却的均匀化处理后,其铸态组织中的不平衡共晶相转变为均匀化组织,合金成分分布均匀性有了较大改善,其伸长率达到13.1%,抗拉强度达到292.08MPa。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of as-cast 7050 alloy homogenized under different conditions were studied by means of DSC, optical microscopy, EPMA, SEM and electronic universal testing machine. The homogenization process was determined. The results show that when the 7050 alloy was homogenized at 465 ℃ for 24 h, and then cooled in water at room temperature, the disequilibrium eutectic phase in the as-cast mierostructure of the alloy transformed to homogenous microstructure, the element distribution was improved obviously, the elongation reached to 13.1 % and the tensile strength reached 292. 08 MPa.
