通过田间对比试验,研究了有机稻—蛙生产模式的应用效果。结果表明,有机稻—蛙生产模式较传统水稻生产模式尽管稻谷产量略有下降,但每年多收获了一季紫云英种子和有机青蛙;有机稻米碾米品质和外观品质略低于传统模式生产的稻米,但在营养及蒸煮品质上均有显著提高;有机稻—蛙生产技术模式显著提高了农产品产值和经济效益,其经济收益是传统水稻生产模式的10.3倍;同时有机稻—蛙生产模式还有利于提高土壤有机质含量和改善土壤物理性状。
The application effect of organic rice planting and frog ecological breeding model was studied by field experiment.The results showed that compared with traditional rice production model,the rice yield of organic rice planting and frog ecological breeding model declined slightly,but additional milk vetch seed and organic frog was harvested annually in this model.Rice milling and appearance quality within organic rice planting and frog ecological breeding model was slightly lower than traditional rice planting model,while rice nutrition and cooking quality within organic rice planting and frog ecological model was obviously improved compared with traditional rice planting and frog ecological breeding model.Organic rice and frog ecological breeding model significantly improved the output value of agricultural production and economic benefits.The economic benefit of organic rice planting and frog ecological breeding model was10.3times of traditional rice planting and frog ecological breeding model.At the same time,organic rice and frog ecological breeding model also improved soil organic matter and soil physical properties.
