先制备了纤维素(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)固定相和直链淀粉(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)固定相两种手性固定相,然后制备了混合型手性固定相,以正己烷∶异丙醇=90∶10为流动相,拆分15种手性药物,分开11种.结果表明,混合型手性固定相拆分效果良好.
In this paper,we synthesise the cellulose tris(3,5-2-dime thylphenylcarbamate) chiral stationary phase and the amylose tris(3,5-2-dimethylphenylcarbamate) chiral stationary phase.Then we make the mixed chiral stationary phase.we present the enantioseparation for 15 racemates with hexane / isop ropanol(90∶10,v/v),the mobile phase is hexane / isop ropanol(90∶10,v/v),11 enantiomers are separated.the researsh suggests that the mixed chiral stationary phase are quite effective for the resolution of the enantiomers.The results indicates that the mixed chiral stationary phase can become very attractive as a new class of chiral stationary phase for HPLC.
