手性高效液相色谱起始于上世纪70年代初，在80年代左右即实现了手性色谱柱的商业化．手性固膜研究虽然也起始于上世纪80年代，但至今还无手性固膜的商品出售，手性固膜的工业化生产也远还未实现．叙述了目前手性固膜研究的现状，从手性色谱分离科学的角度，对目前手性固膜研究的瓶颈进行了比较详细的分析，并探讨了开展手性固膜研究的一些途径．

英文摘要：

The chiral HPLC was studied from in 1970s and its chiral columns were commercial in 1980s. However, there is no example of the application of a solid enantioselective membrane in industry, although some investigations into optical resolution membranes have been reported since the 1980s. In this paper, the progress of chiral solid membrane was introduced. From the view of chromatography, the problems from the investigation of eantioselective membrane are analyzed. Finally, some methods to study optical resolution membrane are suggested.
