In view of the rapid development of forest certification,as well as the starting situation in China,it analysis by construction the forestry enterprises to implement the cost-effectiveness of forest certification quantitative analysis model to study the forestry enterprises to implement the cost-effectiveness of forest certification. The analysis showed that： the forestry enterprise implements the forest authentication the combined earnings equilibrium value is the existence the forest certification bodies, the Government and the Forestry Department should speed up the administration to rectify market economic order; after the implementation of forest certification,forestry enterprises＇development must start at the overall situation,that is from an overall grasp on the development of forest resources and the ecological economic threshold forestry enterprises to further enhance the implementation of forest certification of eco-economic effects.
