文章基于福建省140份林农的问卷调查数据,从木材供给生产目标出发,采用DEA方法对产出导向下的杉木生产的经营规模效率进行测算。结果表明：福建省林农经营规模效率有待进一步提高,存在资金投入和劳动投入冗余,林地产出不足等问题,并针对存在的问题提出要继续深化集体林权制度改革,合理配置生产要素投入比例,提高林农经营管理水平等建议。

英文摘要：

Based on the survey data by 140 copies of questionnaire for forestry farmers,the paper take measurements and calculate the fir timber management scale efficiency with the output orientation with the production target of timber supply,and the application of the DEA method.The research indicates forestry farmers’ management scale efficiency in Fujian province need to be further improved,and there are some problems like redundancy of funds and labor input,inadequacy of woodland output and so on.Some solutions to the problems are proposed：continually deepening the reform of collective forest right system,rational allocating factors of production inputs,improving the management level foresters and so on.
