为对渔船实施有效监控,提出一种基于嵌入式雷达的近海渔船分布式监控系统.系统由多个雷达监控站和一个中心指挥系统构成.雷达监控站使用MD-3641/3642雷达,采用Internet网络技术和CDMA/GPRS通信技术实现与指挥中心的数据传输.采用基于数学形态学原理的目标回波识别算法实现雷达图像去噪和回波边缘提取.应用结果显示:目标回波识别算法有较好的去噪效果,可准确确定目标回波的位置.该系统可实现对渔船的有效监控.
To supervise inshore fishing vessels effectively, an distributed monitoring system based on embedded radar was developed. This system consisted of several radar stations and a central command system. MD- 3641/3642 radar was used in radar stations. Data transmission between center and radar stations was realized by means of Internet and CDMA/GPRS communication technology. A target echo identifying algorithm based on mathematical morphology was adopted to denoise image and extract image edge. Results show that the method has good denoising effect, and can determine the position of the target echo accuratdy. The proposed system can realize the credible control of inshore fishing vessels.
