滴灌管水头损失影响因素试验研究

滴灌管的水力性能直接影响到灌水均匀度,是滴灌系统设计和运行过程中的重要指标。通过室内测压试验,研究了滴灌管管长、滴头间距、首部压力以及滴头接入等因素对滴灌管局部水头损失系数和沿程压力分布的影响。结果表明,滴灌管总水头损失随管长的增大、滴头间距的减小而增大,首部压力增大在使得损失增大的同时也使得管路沿线压力分布更为均匀。通过分析每种工况下的水头损失构成,得出局部损失系数ζ在0.137~0.767之间变化,表明有些情况下局部损失在总损失中占有不可忽略的比重。局部损失系数随入口雷诺数的变化不明显,但与滴头间距s和滴头所在位置处过水断面的收缩比ε呈明显的负相关关系,通过回归得到了以ε和s表示的ζ的经验公式,决定系数R2为0.915,并结合经验能坡曲线给出了确定滴灌管沿程任意位置压力大小的方法,计算与试验实测结果拟合效果较好。

The hydraulic performance of drip lateral directly cant index in project and operation in drip irrigation system affects the emission uniformity, which is a signifiThe effects of operating pressure, pipe length and emitter spacing as well as emitter insertion on the local head loss and longitudinal pressure distribution of drip lateral were studied by a laboratory testing. The results showed that the total head loss increased as operating pressure and pipe length do, but decreased as lateral spacing increased, and a larger operating pressure conduced to a more uniform longitudinal distribution. According to the analysis of head loss structure in every case, local loss coefficient varied from 0.137 to 0.767, indicating that the local head loss was non-ignorable in some cases. Local loss coefficient (had a non-obvious relation with inlet Reynolds number while quite a negative relation with e and s, and an empirical formula for was established through multiple regression, accordingly, combining the empirical pressure gradient curve, the method to determine the pressure anywhere along the dip lateral was given. The comparison of predicted values with experimental values showed a certain rationality, thus providing some reference for hydraulic design and examination of drip irrigation system.
