目的运用共振频率分析仪评价微型种植体支抗的稳定性,为微型种植体早期加载提供理论依据。方法成年Beagle犬3只,分别在犬下颌两侧牙槽骨内各植入微型种植体支抗5枚。随机分为2组,实验组2周后加载100 g的水平力,加载时间为12周;对照组不加载。分别于微型种植体支抗植入后即刻、术后6周、术后10周、术后14周使用共振频率分析仪(Osstell Mento)测定2组微型种植体的稳定性,所得参数为微型种植体稳定值(ISQ)。采用SPSS17.0软件对数据进行分析。结果术后14周,2组微型种植体的成功率均为100%,2组微型种植体在各时间段的ISQ值无显著性差异(P〉0.05),整体变化趋势表现为稳定性逐渐升高,于术后6周达到最大,其后逐渐减小,术后10周基本稳定,术后14周略有增加。结论 2周后负载不影响微型种植体支抗的稳定性。
Objective To evaluate the stability of early-loaded mini-implants using resonance frequency analysis(RFA).Methods In 3 adult Beagle dogs,5 miniscrew implants were installed on both sides of the mandible.In the experimental group the implants were loaded with 100g of force using Ni-Ti extension spring at 2 weeks after surgery;in the control group implants were not loaded with force.RFA was performed at 0,6,10,14 weeks after surgery for implants in both groups to get implant stability quotient(ISQ) values.P values for ISQ at all time were calculated by SPSS 17.0.Results No implants failed within 14 weeks.No significant difference in ISQ values was found between the two groups at all time points(P0.05).The two groups had the same changing mode of ISQ: increased gradually and get to peak value at 6 weeks after surgery,then decreased and kept stable at 10 weeks,and increased slightly afterward.Conclusion The healing for 2 weeks is enough for mini-implants anchorage loading.
