近年来,热疗因其安全有效而逐渐成为继手术、放疗、化疗及生物治疗后的又一肿瘤治疗手段。传统热疗应用于肿瘤治疗时仍有局限性,相比之下,金纳米颗粒辅助光热治疗可以靶向性地对病灶内的每单个细胞进行加热,提高热疗的精确性及可控性,实现了对肿瘤细胞选择性杀伤,但目前还处于实验研究阶段,有待于进一步完善。本文就光热疗法在浅表肿瘤中的应用及其展望做一综述。
In recent years,hyperthermia due to its security and effectiveness gradually becoming a cancer treatment after surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy and biological therapy.Conventional application of hyperthermia in cancer therapy still has limitations.By contrast,gold nanoparticle-assisted photothermal treatment can be targeted within each individual cell of lesions to heat,improving the accuracy and controllability of hyperthermia,the realization of the selective tumor cell killing.But it is still at the laboratory stage,needs to be further improved.Photothermal therapy of superficial tumors and its prospect of application are summarized in this article.
