Effect of electro-acupuncture at Foot-Yangming Meridian on somatostatin and expression of somatostatin receptor genes in rabbits with gastric ulcer

目的探讨针刺足阳明经对胃窦平滑肌细胞内IP3(三磷酸肌醇)影响的经脉特异性。方法将45只家兔随机分为生理盐水组、阿托品组、针刺足阳明经组、针刺足少阳经组、针刺足太阳经组。分组处理家兔后,立即分离其胃窦平滑肌细胞,制成活的单个平滑肌细胞悬液,测定细胞内IP3的含量。结果针刺足阳明经组胃窦平滑肌细胞内IP3含量为(39.00±12.97)pmol/10^6cell,高于其他各组(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),而其他各组间两两比较差异均无统计学性意义(P〉0.05)。结论针刺足阳明经升高静滴阿托品后胃窦平滑肌细胞内IP3含量具有经脉的相对特异性。

英文摘要:

Objective To investigate the specificity of meridians by the influence of acupuncture of the Foot-Yangming Meridian on IP3 ( inositol triphosphate) content in the smooth muscle cells of the gastric antrum. Methods Forty-five rabbits were randomly allocated to normal saline, atropine, acupuncture-Foot-Yangming Meridian, acupuncture-Foot-Shaoyang Meridian and acupuncture-FootTaiyang Meridian groups. After the different groups of rabbits were treated, the smooth muscle cells of the gastric antrum were immediately separated to make single living smooth muscle cell suspension and to determine intracellular IP3 content. Results IP3 content was 39.00 ± 12.97 pmol/106 cell in the acupuncture-Foot-Yangming Meridian group and significantly higher than in the other groups (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). There were no statistically significant differences between the other groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Couclusiou That acupuncture of the Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming raised IP3 content in the smooth muscle cells of the gastric antrum after intravenous drip of atropine indicates the relative specificity of the meridian.
