立方晶系的黄铁矿型FeS2薄膜具有高的吸收系数,并且其组成元素储量丰富,无毒,环境相容性好,有望成为新一代薄膜太阳电池吸收层材料。介绍了FeS2的光学特性并详细阐述了FeS2薄膜的制备方法和各工艺方法的特点,叙述了FeS2掺杂改性方面的一些重要研究进展。
FeS2thin film with high absorption coefficient is considered to be one of the most promising materials of low-cost thin-film solar cells.And also its component is abundant and show notably non-toxic characteristics.In this paper,the properties and the preparation methods of the FeS2 thin films were discussed.The development of doped-FeS2 thin films was also introduced.
