利用工业铁粉为原料,通过酸洗和水洗两种方法使铁粉生锈。讨论生锈工业铁粉对地下水硝酸盐的去除效果。同时测定以工业铁粉为反应介质的渗透系数。并进一步通过批试验探讨铁粉还原硝酸盐的机理。结果表明:工业铁粉通过酸洗和水洗生锈均能提高对硝酸盐的去除,并达到饮用水质要求。其中酸洗铁能将NO3--N由80mg/L去除到3mg/L以下;试验设计的反应介质的渗透系数为107m/d;Fe2+直接参与的硝酸盐的还原,Fe3+能促进铁粉还原硝酸盐。利用生锈工业铁粉去除地下水硝酸盐是可行的。
Industrial iron powder is used as raw material by pickling and washing to make industrial iron powder rust.Three kinds of industrial iron removal of groundwater nitrate is discussed.Permeability coefficient for the reactor for industrial iron as reaction medium.Through further batch experiments to investigate the mechanism of iron reduction of nitrate is determinated.The results show that industrial iron by pickling and washing to rust can improve the removal of nitrate and make effluent meet the requirements of drinking water quality.Pickling of iron can remove NO-3-N from the 80 mg/L to less than 3 mg/L.The permeability coefficient of the reaction medium in experimental design is 107 m/d.Fe2+ is directly involved in the reduction of nitrate and Fe3+ has promoted iron reduction of nitrate.Rusty industrial iron removal nitrate from groundwater is feasible.
