本文使用,L-半胱氨酸和不同类型的锰盐通过水热方法合成了具有小同直径和长度的六角形γ-硫化锰的单晶纳米棒,并通过X-射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜实验对γ-硫化锰纳米棒的结构和性质进行了表征。实验结果表明不同锰盐巾的阴离子对六角形γ-硫化锰纳米捧的形成具有影响行对其形成机理进行了简单讨论.
Hexagonal T-MnS nanorod crystals of different diameters and length scales were hydrothermally synthesized in the presence of biomoleeule L-cysteine and Mn(Ⅱ) salts, and characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The effects of different anions on the formation of hexagonal T-MnS nanorods were discussed to show the importance of a precursor in synthesizing such nanomaterials.
