Ti3AlC2属Mn+1AXn体系化合物的一种,具有潜在的应用前景。但是,Ti3AlC2的硬度和强度偏低,限制了其工程应用。本文介绍了第二相强化和固溶强化Ti3AlC2的研究进展。TjB2、Al2O3、ZrC及稀土氧化物等第二相粒子的引入大大改善了Ti3AlC2的性能;M位置、A位置及X位置固溶体亦可提高Ti3AlC2的性能。
Ti3AlC2 compound belongs to Mn+1AXn system and has potential application prospect. But the hardness and strength are not high, which limit their engineering application. In the present paper, the research progress of Ti3A1C2 by second-phase strengthening and solution strengthening is introduced. The properties of Ti3AlC2 can be improved by introducing second-phase such as TiB2, Al2O3, ZrC and rare earth oxide. For Mn+1AXn system, M site, A site and X site solid solutions can be improved the properties of Ti3A1C2 too.
