针对制造类企业质量管理职能及组织结构运行中存在的普遍问题,对运行中涉及的主要质量管理职能进行梳理,并提出基于流程的质量管理组织设计,描述了组织设计的结构框架,主要有跨职能团队、高层管理、质量总监、职能部门以及支撑该结构的质量信息平台和质量文化。最后,应用案例说明制造类企业质量管理组织设计的方法。
This paper analyzes some commonly existing problems of quality management in the operation of manufacturing enterprises and puts forward a process oriented organization design of quality management by analyzing its functions. Then the paper describes the structural framework of the organization design, including cross-function team, senior management, quality director, functional departments, quality information technology platform and quality culture. A case of an electric household enterprise is given to illustrate the effectiveness of process oriented design of quality management.
