Using L-tartaric acid and benzophenone as reactants,a family of heterocyclic ether chiral ligands（（ 4S,5S）-2,2-diphenyl-5-（（ pyridin-2-ylmethoxy） methyl）-1,3-dioxolane-4-yl） methanol and 2,2＇-（（（（ 4S,5S）-2,2-dip-henyl-1,3-dioxolane-4,5-diyl） bis（ methylene）） bis（ oxy） bis（ methylene）） dipy-ridine were synthesized via esterification,ketal and reduction reactions. There are two methene groups between the chiralcenter and the ligand atoms,this increase the flexible of chiral ligands,and the catalytic performance was primarily discussed.
