目的观察针刺对胚胎着床障碍大鼠子宫内膜趋化因子受体CCR2表达的影响。方法将72只孕鼠随机分为正常组（N ）、胚胎着床障碍组（M ）、针刺治疗组（A ）和黄体酮治疗组（W ），每组随机再分为第6天组（D6）、第8天组（D8）、第10天组（D10）。其中M 组、A 组和W 组大鼠妊娠第1天给予米非司酮麻油溶液造模，N 组仅给予等量麻油溶液。同时，A 组固定并每天针刺三阴交、后三里，N 组和M 组仅固定，W 组肌肉注射黄体酮，直至处死。用免疫组织化学法、Western blot 和 Real-time PCR等方法测定着床点子宫内膜 CCR2的表达。结果与 N 组相比，M 组大鼠子宫内膜 CCR2蛋白和mRNA的表达均明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；与 M 组相比，A 组和 W 组大鼠子宫内膜CCR2蛋白和 mRNA 的表达则明显增高（P＜0.05）。结论针刺能上调胚胎着床障碍大鼠母胎界面CCR2的表达，从而促进胚胎的着床和胎盘的形成。

Objective To observe effect of acupuncture on expression of CCR2 in endometrium of rat with em-bryo implantation dysfunction.Methods 72 pregnant rats were randomly divided into normal group （N ） ,model group（M） ,acupuncture treatment group（A） ,and progestin treatment group（W）.Then the rats in each group were equally randomized into D6 group ,D8 group ,and D10 group.The rats in the M ,A and W groups were treated with mifepristone-sesame oil solution on the first day ,while the rats in N group were injected with the same amount of sesame oil.＇Housanli＇ and ＇Sanyinjiao＇ were selected for acupuncture.The rats in A group were fasten up and then performed acupuncture from the first day to the time of death.Accordingly ,the rats in the N and M groups were only fixed ,while the rats in W group were given progestin.The expression of CCR2 in rat endometrium was detected by immunohistochemistry ,western blot and real-time PCR.Results Compared to N group ,the protein and mRNA expression of CCR2 were significantly decreased （P〈 0.05）;Compared to group M ,the protein and mRNA expression of CCR2 were increased obviously in rat endometrium of A group and W group （P〈 0.05） . Conclusion Acupuncture can up-regulate the level of CCR2 at maternal-fetal interface of rats with embryo implan-tation dysfunction ,and thus play an important role in embryo implantation and placentation.
