采用正交试验研究了热处理工艺参数对R5系泊链钢力学性能的影响,确定了R5系泊链钢的最佳热处理工艺。结果表明,回火温度和回火时间对抗拉强度、屈服强度以及屈强比的影响较大。R5系泊链钢最佳热处理工艺为:950℃,10%盐水淬火+550℃×60min回火后水冷。
The influence of heat treatment parameters on a new kind R5 mooring chain steel was studied by orthogonal test.The optimized heat treatment process is determined.The results show that the tempering temperature and tempering time have a relatively great influence on tensile strength,yield strength and their ratio.The optimized heat treatment process is:950 ℃quenching in 10%brine and then 550 ℃tempering for 60 min,water cooling.
