简述了微注塑模具设计与制造方面的国内外发展现状，分析了微注塑成型模具的特点和具体要求，归纳总结了微模具组成形式、金属和非金属微型芯加工方法，对微注塑模具设计要点进行了深人讨论。

英文摘要：

The development status quo at home and abroad on the design and manufacture of micro-injection mold is briefly introduced. Characteristic of micro-injection mold and concrete requirement are analyzed. Composition form of micro-mold and manufacturing method for metal and nonmetal micro-core are summarized. The design point for micro-injection mold is deeply discussed.
