We designed and fabricated double-layer periodic sub-wavelength structures with the polymide film. They are characterized using THz time domain spectroscopy. With changing some of the parameters of the struc- tures, a drastic change can be observed. We also fabricated the metal and superconductor structures which can be modulated by the change of temperature.
