We designed and fabricated several different periodic sub-wavelength structures on T12Ba2CaCu2O8 high-temperature superconducting films. They are characterized using THz time domain spectroscopy over a temperature range from 8 K to room temperature. Below the superconducting transition temperature, a drastic change can be observed, indicating an increase of resonant properties for the sample with the rectangular hole array and ELC resonators.
