为了研究植物甾醇表面活性剂在醇类溶剂中的聚集行为,选择羟基数目和相对位置不同的丙二醇、正丙醇和异丙醇为溶剂,采用表面张力、偏光显微镜、冷冻蚀刻透射电镜、小角X射线散射、红外光谱、流变学和理论模拟手段,系统研究了此类表面活性剂在上述溶剂中构建的有序分子聚集体的结构及性能。研究结果表明,植物甾醇类表面活性剂在3种醇溶剂中均可形成有序聚集体,但由于溶剂结构和性质的差别,聚集行为不尽相同。植物甾醇类表面活性剂在丙二醇中可以自组装形成胶束、囊泡及溶致液晶相;而在正丙醇和异丙醇中仅在较高浓度下形成溶致液晶相。
The aggregation behaviors of phytosterol ethoxylate surfactant in propylene glycol,normal propyl alcohol and isopropanol were systemically investigated by surface tension,polarizing microscope,freeze fracture transmission electron microscopy,small angle X-ray scattering,infrared spectroscopy,rheology measurements and theoretical calculation.The experimental results definitely indicate the aggregation formation by this kind of surfactants in these alcohol solvents with different hydroxyl numbers and relative positions.Due to the structural difference of these solvents,aggregation behaviors are not the same.In propylene glycol,micelles,vesicles and lamellar lyotropic liquid crystal can be formed by self-assembly.However,the lyotropic liquid crystals are only produced at relatively higher concentrations in n-or iso-propyl alcohols.
