高强度钢材料对焊接残余应力非常敏感,显著影响了锥柱耐压壳结构的安全可靠性及使用寿命,有必要针对这类壳体典型焊接接头的残余应力进行分析研究。首先基于有限元软件ANSYS的参数化语言APDL开发相应的焊接模拟程序,对高强度钢锥柱耐压壳典型焊接接头模型的焊接过程进行数值模拟,得到其焊接残余应力的应力水平及分布规律;然后采用X射线无损检测法测量焊缝区域的残余应力,从而验证了数值模拟结果的准确性。
High tensile strength steels (HTS) are very sensitive to the welding residual stress, and it will affect the safety, reliability and lifetime of cone-cylinder pressure hull. It is necessary to study the residual stress of typical welding joint of this kind of hull. In this paper, a simulative program of the welding procedure of the HTS cone-cylinder pressure hull is developed with the parameter language APDL based on ANSYS firstly, then the distribution of the welding residual stress is obtained, Secondly, the X-ray nondestructive detection is used to measure the welding residual stress. As a result, the accuracy of numerical simulation result is verified.
